How far do you travel?
All of our packages include 40 miles of travel from Battle Ground, Wa. Anything further is an additional $1 per mile, round trip over 40 miles. We are available for events in Washington State.
Are you Licensed & Insured?
We have general liability insurance, and our bartenders are licensed through the state of Washington. We do not carry a liquor license as we do not provide alcohol, we only serve the alcohol. Liquor licensing will be up to the Event Host to obtain.
Why do the packages not include alcohol?
Due to WA laws, mobile beverage services are not able to provide or purchase alcohol and can only serve alcohol purchased and provided by the Event Host/Customer. We are happy to support you in the purchase of the alcohol, by providing you with a list of alcohol needed and how much will be needed based on guest count. All unused alcohol is yours to keep, and will be returned to you at the end of the event.
Are there location restrictions for your event trailer?
Be sure to check with your venue first, to ensure they allow mobile bars/event trailers on their property. 50 ft from a power source is recommended, though we do have a generator for an additional fee if necessary. T-Mobile cellular service or WiFi is recommended for SMS messaging of photos from the photo booth, if neither is available then photos will send after the event when within cell range again. For the best experience of your guests, it’s recommended that the trailer location will be on a flat, level surface with little to no mud within 25 feet of the rear or passenger side of the trailer. Photo booth entrance and outdoor photo props are located on the passenger side of the trailer, and the beverage services are located at the rear of the trailer.
Your events show 4 hours, does this include setup?
We provide services for up to 4 hours, additional time can be discussed for an additional cost. 4 hours is from the time you want us to have our services ready, we do request an arrival of 2 hours prior to the event starting, for setup and we will have everything torn down and ready to leave within 45 minutes of the end of the event/last call.
